The challenge (non-juried display) for the Timaru Festival was to produce something relevant to the Society's (New Zealand Guild's) 40th birthday so I made a table runner with 40 birthday candles, 2 rows of 10 at each end. Our Guild also celebrates its 40th birthday this year, and we will have a Funky Fibre Exhibition in May to celebrate.by Rose Pelvin

Yes, that's right Meg. Our "Funky Fibres" exhibition is in the beginning of May. I expect to be inundated with entries during the next week. Looking forward to something from you!
