Love it Judy. I'm fascinated by the complex patterns - circles, squares, diamonds, crosses, all integrated. And I like the way one colour outlines the other. I've just had an opportunity to have a look at the "Twills and Thrills" book - it's mind boggling!
Thank you for the comments, Esther & Rose. Yes, the "Twills and Thrills" book is great. That Gerbrochene twill can be used for scarves, shawls, table runners etc.on both 4 and 8 shafts.
Marlborough Weavers meet on the third Monday of the month at Bobbin Cottage in Brayshaw Heritage Park, 26 Arthur Baker Place, (off New Renwick Road), Blenheim, or at members' homes, from February to November.
Marlborough Tapestry Weavers meet fortnightly but schedule varies so please contact us before hand.
Enquiries for both groups can be sent to this address.
