Where has 2012 gone?

 Our last meeting for the year was held on Sunday 18 November and hosted by Dot Fowke at her lovely home and garden at Rarangi. Thank you dot for giving us this opportunity for a breath of fresh air and a big dose of inspiration. It is about three years since we visited Dot and in the meantime she has extended her magnificent garden and lost count of the hundreds of plants and shrubs, berries and bushes that now surround her home and workshop.  But she also makes time to weave and has specialised in making blankets for her grandchildren.  Here are some photos of Dot, her work and her extensive stash.
