When the opportunity arises I indulge in a little weaving at our bach in the Sounds. For this wrap-in-the-making I am using hand-dyed yarns, some handspun, silk and wool singles. Fine boucle stablises the open sett.I am pleased with the handle of this piece; it is lighter than it looks. I design as I go and I like to made the two ends different.

Weaving while on holiday - something I'd really like to do sometimes... And a good reason to look into getting a tiny loom, June!
